Although a magnet may be listed as the same size, such as 2"x2", different magnet-making presses can produce magnets that vary by a few millimeters in their actual dimensions. These small differences can affect how the magnet fits into a 3D printed frame.

At ENC Printing, our frames are designed around the specific dimensions produced by each press type. Choosing the correct machine press when ordering is important to ensure your magnets fit properly in the frame.

When placing your order, please select the machine press you use — Overseas, MPro, Titan, or Tecre — so we can provide the frame designed for your specific magnet dimensions.

Our frames are 3D printed using PLA filament, a high-quality biodegradable plastic. To help keep your frame looking its best, we recommend:
☀️ Avoid direct sunlight and strong UV light, as prolonged exposure may cause fading, warping, or brittleness.
🌡️ Keep away from high temperatures above 50°C / 122°F. PLA can soften or deform in hot cars, near heaters, or in direct heat.
🏠 Store and display your frame in a cool, shaded area for the best long-term results.

I have a video on all of our social medias that is featured at the top of our page so that it is easily accessible. In the video I demonstrated how we put the small magnets in the frame.  (facebook, insta, and tik tok)

You will need: hammer, punch tool (the ones we use are linked HERE), and magnets. 

Our frames are specifically designed for 8mm x 3mm magnets, with the magnet openings intentionally made tight to help keep the magnets securely in place and prevent them from coming loose during normal use. We designed them this way with safety in mind, especially around children.

However, small powerful magnets can be extremely hazardous if swallowed and can cause serious internal injuries or a medical emergency. Magnets should always be kept away from young children and anyone who may place small objects in their mouth.

Please inspect your frame and magnets regularly for damage or loosening, and do not use the product if a magnet becomes loose or can be removed from the frame. Never allow children to handle loose magnets.

Safety first: Our tight-fitting magnet design is intended to help reduce the risk of magnets coming out, but it does not make the magnets safe for children to handle or swallow.
